Hi Ken,

I think WINPINIT, which I once wrote for someone who made a similar
request to you, will do what you want.

WINPINIT.EXE runs WINPINIT.BAT before starting WinPack. It should
be put in your main WinPack directory.

WINPINIT.EXE derives the name for the batch file it must run from
its own name. Therefore you can make a copy of WINPINIT to run
a different batch file. E.g. if you copy it to INIT2.EXE then it
will run INIT2.BAT. This allows you to start multiple WinPack
configurations.

NOTE - the batch files must be able to be run in the background,
otherwise they might get stuck. With Win95 you can right click on
the batch file in Explorer and set suitable properties.
